Bill Halford
Bill Halford has been with the OTB Group since 2007 and was named Chief Executive Officer of OTB – NZ in Januray 2013. During his tenure, he served as Head of Group Strategy and International Operations, as well as Chief of Staff. He has also served on OTB’s NZ Board of Directors since 2012.
Prior to joining the OTB Group, Halford was a Senior Consultant with DUTINVEST & Company in London.

Stanley Willson
Stanley Willson is the Chief Compliance Officer at OTB. Mr. Blum joined OTB in the NZ in 2011 and was most recently the Chief Internal Auditor until 2016.
Prior to joining OTB in the Mr. Willson was the Head of the International Audit Department for the OTB Group in New Zealand where he was responsible for auditing their overseas subsidiaries and the Middleeast Capital Market Division.
Mr. Willson earned an MBA from Hamshire College and a bachelor’s degree in statistics from Cambrige University.

Petersen Cole
Petersen Cole is the Chief Financial Officer at OTB. Mr. Cole joined OTB in 2015.
Prior to joining OTB, Mr. Cole was a Director in the Finance Department at Smart Asset Management. Prior to that, he held various financial roles at Citigroup.
Cole earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.
